Fees
Fees and estimate factors
How Intel Center prices financial audit of vendor payment applications—day rates, fixed claim cycles, and what changes the quote.
Pricing follows the shape of the work: how many vendors, how many periods, whether files sit in Busan or need travel, and how quickly the findings letter is required. Figures below are indicative in KRW and confirmed in an engagement letter after scoping.
| Engagement | Basis | Indicative range |
|---|---|---|
| Vendor payment application audit | Reviewer day rate × estimated days | From ₩4,800,000 per cycle (small population) |
| Progress claim review | Fixed fee per claim window | ₩2,200,000 – ₩5,500,000 |
| Retention and final account check | Quoted by project file depth | From ₩3,500,000 |
| Pre-disbursement control check | Fixed fee per agreed shortlist | ₩1,400,000 – ₩3,200,000 |
What moves the estimate
- Number of vendors and applications in the population
- Whether prior periods must be reopened for cumulative billing checks
- On-site archive work outside Busan
- Dual-reviewer testing on high-value lines
- Rush turnaround inside four working days
What stays outside the fee
Statutory audit opinions, tax filings, and negotiation with vendors are not included. Travel and lodging for distant sites are billed at cost with prior approval. Additional sampling beyond the engagement letter is quoted before it begins.
Deposits and invoicing
A scheduling deposit may be requested for multi-week programmes. Invoices are issued on delivery of the findings letter, or monthly for rolling reviews. See our refund terms for cancellation and work-started rules.
