How Intel Center collects, uses, and retains personal data from inquiries and engagements.

Intel Center (“we”) respects the privacy of visitors and clients. This notice explains how we handle personal data in connection with intel-center.digital and our financial audit of vendor payment applications.

Data we collect

  • Inquiry form: name, email, engagement type, optional project or period notes, and message content
  • Email and phone: correspondence you send to our published contacts
  • Engagement files: names and business contact details of client staff necessary to perform the review
  • Technical: essential cookies and, if accepted, limited analytics cookies (see our cookies page)

We do not ask for payment card numbers through this website.

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, perform contracted reviews, maintain professional records, and operate the website securely. Bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in running our practice, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless they lead to an engagement. Engagement correspondence and workpapers are retained for the period required by professional and legal obligations—typically at least five years—then securely deleted or archived according to our retention schedule.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with IT or hosting providers acting under instruction, with professional advisers, or when required by law. Vendors under review receive only information necessary to clarify exceptions, and only through your nominated channel when appropriate.

International transfers

Our primary processing occurs in South Korea. If a tool or adviser outside Korea receives personal data, we take steps consistent with applicable Korean requirements to protect that data.

Your rights

Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact hello@intel-center.digital. You may also complain to the competent Korean authority if you believe your rights were infringed.

Children

The site and services are directed to business professionals, not to children.

Changes

We may update this notice and will revise the date above when we do.
