Engagement process
How a financial audit of vendor payment applications moves from scoping call to signed findings at Intel Center.
1. Scoping call
We confirm the vendors, payment periods, governing contracts, and the date your transfer batch must leave. You leave the call with a draft population list and a list of folders we need.
2. Engagement letter
Scope, sampling depth, fee basis, confidentiality, and delivery date are written down. Work does not start until both sides accept the letter and, where required, the scheduling deposit clears.
3. Document intake
Payment applications, invoices, certificates, change orders, and prior payment registers arrive in the agreed folder structure. Incomplete packs are logged before fieldwork begins so surprises stay visible.
4. Fieldwork
Reviewers sample applications against evidence, test retention arithmetic, and raise queries through your nominated contact. High-value lines may receive dual review as agreed in the letter.
5. Findings letter
You receive a memorandum naming supported applications, exceptions, and recommended holds or releases. A closing call walks through material items so accounts payable can act the same week.
6. Optional follow-through
For rolling programmes, we schedule the next window around your payment calendar. One-off engagements close once the letter is delivered and queries are answered.
What you prepare
A single point of contact, read access to the claim archive, and a frozen population list once testing starts. If vendors submit revised applications mid-review, tell us immediately so the sample stays honest.
Where work happens
Most desk review runs from our Busan office at 293 Centum 1-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan 48060. On-site days are booked when paper files cannot leave your archive.
