These terms govern access to the website at intel-center.digital and the engagement of Intel Center for financial audit of vendor payment applications and related reviews. By using the site or instructing us, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site or submit an inquiry. Specific engagements are also governed by a signed engagement letter, which prevails over this page where the two differ.

Services described

Pages describing engagements, fees, and processes are informational. They do not form a binding offer until both parties accept an engagement letter. Prices shown as indicative may change after scoping.

Intellectual property

Site content, wording, and visual design are owned by Intel Center or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Findings letters and workpapers delivered under an engagement remain subject to the licence terms in that letter—typically a licence for your internal use.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit false contact details, or use our contact channels to send unlawful or harassing material.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of South Korea, Intel Center is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability caps and exclusions are stated in the engagement letter. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

Website availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may be updated without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Busan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
